All Sales Final

Because Western Labs products are research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

This policy helps ensure product integrity, proper handling, and compliance with industry standards.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, you may be asked to provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the package and affected items

If the issue is verified, Western Labs may, at its discretion:

  • Issue a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund for the affected item(s)

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier. Western Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once processing has begun, cancellations are not possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Products marked as final sale

Refund Processing
